Jamie at Home is a British cooking television programme presented by Jamie Oliver. In each episode, Jamie uses a different ingredient which has been grown organically at his home in rural Essex, England.The show was produced by Fresh One Productions and actually shot at Jamie's home. The theme song for Jamie at Home is My World by Tim Kay.The show premiered in the United Kingdom on Channel 4 on August 7, 007. The series is also airing on Food Network Canada and began airing in the United States on Food etwork on January 6, 2008. The show began a second run in the US on the Cooking Channel in 2010.All recipes can be found in his book Jamie At Home and the series is also available on DVD.This series was Jamie’s chance to get back to doing what he loves: cooking at home with simple, accessible ingredients. ver the years, Jamie has been growing his own fruit and veggies with the help of his gardener Brian so this show is a celebration of no-nonsense beautiful seasonal food – a proper cooking show for modern-day ople.Jamie is so involved with growing things these days that it now seems strange that, having been a chef for 16 years, he didn't get round to it sooner.
